Fire Frames
Between one and 13 symbols can be randomly surrounded by flames in the base game. When a symbol lands within, the frame splits into two parts.
Dead Patients Feature
When two Dead Patients symbols land, the respective feature triggers. One of the patient symbols reveals one special symbol with a multiplier between 5x and 9,999x the amount played. The multiplier equates to the number of that symbol on the reel, as opposed to a win multiplier.
Enhancer Cells
Enhancer cells sit at the bottom of reels 2 and 4, which can be activated with four or six fire frames. Enhancer cells can activate one of the following modifiers when triggered:
Wild symbol
One patient
One dead patient
xWays (reveals three identical symbols)
xSplit (splits one symbol on each reel into two)

Mental Transformations
